The good news

God created the world and made human beings in his image. Sin has broken our relationship with God, one another, and ourselves. Jesus Christ entered that brokenness, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and offers forgiveness and new life to all who trust him.

Scripture

We receive the Bible as the authoritative Word of God. It tells the true story of reality and forms our understanding of God, humanity, sexuality, justice, mercy, and faithful living.

Human dignity

Every human life has worth from conception to natural death. No person is a product, an object, or a problem to discard. This conviction drives our opposition to sexual exploitation, trafficking, pornography, and abortion.

Sex and the body

The body is good, sex is a gift, and both have a purpose within God's design. We seek to speak with conviction and compassion, holding together truth, repentance, patience, and love.

The Church

Christ forms a people, not isolated believers. The local church is essential to worship, discipleship, accountability, service, and mission. Resurgence seeks to support churches, not replace them.

Renewal and mission

Grace does more than pardon. It restores and sends. Men reconciled to God are called to become peacemakers, protect the vulnerable, practice justice, share the gospel, and disciple others.
